Here is a bit of my story….  I grew up in “Da Bronx”  happy for the experience.  Moved to CT.

I am a life enthusiast!     I am an avid curler– yes, the olympic sport.

Because I am a selective sifter, I continually mine reality to find and focus on only the things that please me.

I practice ALOT on only thinking thoughts that make me feel good.

I practice ALOT on only speaking about things that make me feel good.

At times, I will choose to NOT listen, or focus away from listening to others talk about things that I do not like to hear.

I know its a choice in every moment.

I know that thoughts become things, so I choose the good ones!
